But tbh, I experienced a great improvement in performance with the new client and settings on low, plus it looks better than before. I had no problems at all running 4 accounts at the same time yesterday, where as classic usually would give really bad fps overall.
Maybe some tweaking in the settings will give you a better result than bringing back the classic.
Before this expansion I used to run six clients with my video card set to lowest speeds (save on electricity and heat). Now I can still run those same amount of clients, I just need to set the settings to medium, instead of high. I also run my video card (4870 1GB) at full speed (800/3900) and get 80 fps across the board. I actually like it but might buy another 4GB of memory just to make sure I have more than enough for all the programmes I run in the background.
I have a good PC and I do understand that not everyone can afford to spend the amount I do on electronics. However, once again, a second hand video card that will allow you to run SM3 will cost next to nothing as 7300GT's or 8400GS's (7600GT is superiour to the 8400GS and is ancient so cheap) can be bought second hand for extremely cheap.
